The Lourdes Hymn (Immaculate Mary) is very commonly sung among Catholics in devotions and religious services to Mary, the mother of Jesus. This set of three variations on the hymn is the only work of its type that I am aware of. Ideal conclusion to services and devotions to the Blessed Mother. The second variation contains a number of embellishments that could be simplified for the early intermediate organist.
