One of Chopin's most known works, the Military Polonaise is rearranged for those with a smaller handspan to play. This piece features very large chords and a grand, forte style sound, which can be difficult to perform with small hands. Please note, this is not an easy play version. A number of octaves have been strategically removed and larger chords made more comfortable to play with fingering suggestions including playing two notes with one finger to reduce the hand stretch. The largest intervals in this piece are a few 10ths (which are arpeggiated, as in the original) and a few 9th chords, which are playable owing to being able to play two notes with the thumb or 5th finger.
