'Home' is the debut single from American Idol season 11 winner Phillip Phillips in 2012. This piece could be used on the field in part of a half-time show, but I used it to create a tradition as part of our post-game stands performance. There is a space for a trumpet solo at the end that could be played by a different member of the section each time and the uniqueness of the last chord allowed us to immediately transition to the school Alma Mater with no break in between. That combination had deep emontional impacts on the students and the audience.
Parts are formatted to neatly fit in a flip folder.
Written as a Grade 2 or Medium-Easy level arrangement.
