Great way to learn!
100 different ways to bow with a variety of time signatures and rhythms. You can NOT get bored playing from this book (or any of her books). Gentle reminders use the fingers & wrist to change bow direction and use tip on up bows, etc. Time signatures are a bit more advanced such as 6/4 and 12/8 but good for us to practice. Good warm up for my practice sessions.

Written Out for the student
I learned to play dozens of variations by using a one measure example and being expected to apply it to an exercise or etude. After applying so many it can get a bit tedious. This book is less daunting in having bowing variations presented and applied throughout the exercises, each with a different melodic pattern to keep interest high.
