An American Tapestry is a piece for SSA or SA choirs with patriotic themes suitable for multiple occasions and holidays (i.e. Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth, Black History Month, etc.). It is a good performance piece for all ages, particularly from upper primary through secondary grade levels. Inclusion of the flute is entirely optional, although strongly recommended. When the vocal parts split after the modulation, choir directors may want to consider dividing and separating their singers at various places on and even off stage. The surrounding effect is a beautiful representation of our complex and unique make-up as Americans, with so many different ways of living, backgrounds, and cultures interwoven throughout the course of history.
This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard's global
